taka77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of your account.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on taka77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual โ whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers โ is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter is a ground for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
taka77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Supported methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
- Deposits are credited to your taka77 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected.
- The minimum deposit amount is เงณ300 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
- taka77 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which taka77 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and refunded. taka77 only accepts deposits from accounts you personally own and control.

taka77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement when accepted. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. New-player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or device.
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x). This means the sum of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other accounts is strictly prohibited. taka77 employs automated systems to detect such activity, and accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have winnings voided and accounts closed without prior notice.

- All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, taka77's decision is final.
- taka77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at taka77's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is determined (late bets) will be voided.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. taka77 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual players at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taka77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where warranted.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known or unknown bugs will be voided.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bonus bets, or systematically targeting promotions in a way that guarantees a risk-free return.
- Providing false identity documents or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
- Attempting to launder money or disguise the origin of funds through gaming activity on taka77.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the taka77 platform โ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall platform design โ is the property of taka77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of taka77.
You may close your account at any time by contacting taka77 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
taka77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for regulatory compliance purposes, for the protection of the integrity of the platform, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk. In cases of proven fraud or material breach, the balance in the account may be forfeited in full.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and taka77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and taka77 relating to the same subject matter.
